English and Western Riding Lessons       Horseback riding should be safe but fun!  Here at Cornerstone Farm, we teach the new rider all the basics!     From tacking to good horsemanship, you'll be sure to gain the solid foundation you need for years of quality riding to come. CornerstoneFarm offers a variety of lesson programs to suit your needs. From beginner lessons, to advanced jumping, we have the staff to meet your needs. Cornerstone Farm offers both English and Western style riding. Advanced lessons and horse training in specialized areas like Dressage and Eventing are offered through a private trainer, Elizabeth Stringer. Beginner Level Lessons Our beginner riding lessons are set up to accomodate anyone encountering horses for the first time, to people who have ridden before. Basic beginner riding lessons also include time to learn good horsemanship, ground work training, grooming, tacking and safe leading and handling practices. Beginner level classes include learning to walk, trot, and canter English or Western. Beginner level classes also include cavalettis and small crossrails for our English riders looking to move on to jumping. Beginner Lesson Prices $30 One hour Private $25 One Hour Semi Private/Group $20 Half Hour Private $15 Half Hour Semi Private/Group Cornerstone Farm's Discount Lesson Package 8 Week Private Package This lesson package allows our riders to come for a private one hour lesson once a week for eight weeks. (Eight lessons total) for $190. That is a savings of $50! 8 Week Group Package This lesson package allows our riders to come for a semi private/group one hour lesson once a week for eight weeks.
