Leasing   Are you looking for the enjoyment of owning your own horse, but you don't have the time or money to invest in one? Leasing one of our solid, quiet lesson horses might be the perfect option for you. Cornerstone Farm offers a variety of different lease options to meet your needs. All of our lease options also come with a reduced lesson fee. This way you can enjoy the same reduced lesson rates that our boarders have. The following are Cornerstone's Lease Options Full Private Lease The full private lease is a unique feature to Cornerstone Farm. For a full private lease you choose the horse you want to lease and that horse is reserved exclusively for your unlimited use. This is a no restriction lease. The monthly charge for a full private lease of a horse is $265.00 Full Lease The full lease is a partially restricted lease. For a full lease you will be able to choose from several horses up for lease that we believe would be a good match for you. As a lessee you are allotted 4 scheduled visits (4 hours of riding) per week. Schedules may vary by week. The monthly charge for a full lease of a horse is $200.00 Half Lease The half lease is a restricted lease. For a half lease you will be paired with a horse that is up for lease that we believe would be a good match for you. As a lessee you are allotted 2 scheduled visits (2 hours of riding) per week. Schedules may vary by week. The monthly charge for a half lease of a horse is $150.00 Weekly One Hour Lease This restricted lease is exclusive to Cornerstone Farm. For the weekly one hour lease, you will  be paired with a horse that we believe would be a good match for you. As a lessee you are allotted 1 scheduled visit (1 hour of riding) per week. Schedules may vary by week. The monthly charge for a weekly one hour lease is $80.00   For any lease offered by Cornerstone Farm, the lessee is responsible for the monthly lease fee.     Cornerstone Farm is responsible for all leased horse's general upkeep, veterinary, farrier, and dentistry fees.       Please contact us for more information, a tour, or previews of our featured horses for lease.
